By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the ssh8 platform — including the website at ssh8.app, any associated mobile web interface, or any service provided by ssh8 — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the ssh8 platform. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organisation or third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms.

ssh8 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon publication on the ssh8 website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

1.1 Language of Agreement

These Terms are provided in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated or summarised version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail in all circumstances.

1.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the ssh8 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and any other policies published on the ssh8 platform, constitute the entire agreement between the Player and ssh8 with respect to the use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

Access to ssh8 is restricted. To register and use the platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. 3.5 Account Currency

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds credited to your ssh8 account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. 5.3 Expiry of Bonuses

All bonuses carry an expiry date or time limit within which the wagering requirement must be completed. Uncompleted bonuses will expire automatically upon reaching their expiry date and will be removed from the player's account balance without compensation.

5.4 Game Contributions

Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. 5.5 Promotional Changes

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on ssh8 are subject to acceptance by ssh8. ssh8 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets that are identified as arbitrage activity, that exceed platform stake limits, or that are placed on markets that have been suspended due to live event circumstances.

6.2 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant sporting event or game round. In the event of a match being abandoned, voided, or declared no-result, bets may be voided and stakes returned to the player's account, depending on the specific market rules.

6.3 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest pricing error, ssh8 reserves the right to void affected bets and return the relevant stakes to players' accounts. ssh8 is not liable for any losses arising from reliance on incorrect odds or prices that were published due to a technical error. No player benefit derived from a manifest error will be honoured.

6.4 Responsible Gaming in Betting

ssh8 encourages all players to bet responsibly. Betting should be conducted as a form of entertainment, not as a means of generating income. Players who feel that their betting behaviour may be problematic are encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools available within their account settings, including deposit limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion.

6.5 Casino Games — Return to Player

8.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your ssh8 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after deduction of any outstanding bonus wagering obligations. Account closure requests are typically processed within 48 hours.

8.2 Suspension by ssh8

ssh8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the player has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, failed to complete KYC verification, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

8.4 Balance on Closure

Where an account is closed at the player's request and a verified balance exists, ssh8 will process a withdrawal of that balance to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days. Where an account is closed by ssh8 due to a breach of these Terms, ssh8 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the balance pending investigation, and permanently forfeited where the breach involves fraud, money laundering, or similar serious misconduct.

8.5 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months. ssh8 will notify the account holder by email prior to applying a dormancy status. A monthly administration fee may be applied to dormant accounts as detailed in the platform's fee schedule. Players are encouraged to log in periodically or to close their account and withdraw their balance if they do not intend to continue using the platform.
